Unpleasant smell
I had great expectations for this product. It partly does what it says it does. And that is why I'm taking off one star. The second star is off, because of how bad it smells. I do not know what the filling material is, but it is unbearable. I have used it twice and placed it in a well ventilated room in between. The odour is still there.

Hi Xenia - We're sorry to hear this about the scent. Each Shoutlet comes lightly scented with organic lavender oil, but all Shoutlet covers are machine washable. Our foam cores are made from hypoallergenic bamboo charcoal memory foam and should not have any scent, much less a bad one. Happy to send over a replacement if desired. Please contact us directly if you'd like.
