I ordered 3 of the black flower design, but only 1 arrived as ordered. The other 2 were different designs that I did not select. Since all 3 items were black, I didn't feel it was worth the time and effort of requesting an exchange. However, I was disappointed that the items didn't match as expected. The packaging was also different. The flower design felt more neatly packed, while the other 2 felt more like leftover stock.

The pillows were good. However, we had significant issues with the delivery. We chose and paid for a faster shipping option that was supposed to arrive earlier, but the package was delayed and did not arrive on time. The delivery ended up costing more than the two pillows themselves, which was disappointing. In addition, there were unexpected import fees that were not clearly communicated in advance.

Not as soundproof as desired. But still nice cause of portability.

I appreciate this concept, and wanted to try this as something even our toddler could use. The order arrived quickly and as described. However the chemical smell from the foam is very strong so it’s sitting in our garage to air out which will take weeks/months. I wonder if a small latex pillow would serve the same purpose but without the off-gassing.

I had great expectations for this product. It partly does what it says it does. And that is why I'm taking off one star. The second star is off, because of how bad it smells. I do not know what the filling material is, but it is unbearable. I have used it twice and placed it in a well ventilated room in between. The odour is still there.
