Was looking forward to using this new unit but never received it not sure what happen but checked my credit acct statement there was no history of you taking out hte payment for the pressure cooker

It took 9 weeks to get my cooker. Every time I called I was lied to about when I would recieve it. I also was told 3 different times that the 30.00 shipping cost would be taken off and of course that was a lie. I will never order again and reccomend to my family and friends not to order. Cooker was also not exactly what it was advertised to be. Not a happy customer!

Cannot review, as it has not been received. It has taken over 10 days now.

This is the second time i have ordered this cooker and have not received yet. It has been about two weeks.. what is the problem .I don't understand what is going on . Will I get it anytime this year? After reading all the reviews seems like no one has received their power cooker. What is the Problem
