First off, the pressure cooker took 3 months to get to me and they kept saying they were mailing out post cards telling me it was back ordered, but i never received one. The "free" chopper fell apart when I pulled it out of the box and the pressure cooker instructions are very difficult to understand. The "free" recipe booklet gives you a couple of recipes that you can already find on their website, but not enough to be able to use it for this price. EXTREMELY disappointed. If it wasn't for how awful their customer service was just to receive it and difficult to understand I would return it, but I would imagine receiving my money back will be next to impossible.

I received my power pressure cooker on july 2 after waiting about 8 weeks or more.on july 3, l attempted to cook a roast I followed the instructions step by step and the roast wasnt quite cookedso after about half an hour iput the roast back in the cooker iheard a click and bent over thepower cooker and it blew up in my face.I have had a different brand pressure cooker before this and had no problem with it I was in a great deal of pain and was in and out of hospital emergency for 2 days l was told l had 2 andv3rd degree burns and they sent me to the calgary burn unit.l was also very disappointed with the call centre when they had very little compassion and proceed to try and sell me more of your products and after all the pain I was told they would give me 30.00 dollars off on the power cooker . I was shocked thatr they would even think l would keep itl do still have the cooker as l called a lawyer and she said to hold on to it for now.l was also told by a supervisor at the customer service that they would have someone call me I within 24 hours that did not happen either.l have plctures to prove what happened and l just want recognition from the company to what has happened and credit me back for the full cost of this product plus shipping and handling and maybe some form of credit for another product.l do not feel this is to much to ask after what me and my family had to go through

When I finally received it which took forever. They did not send any books at all so I did not know how to use it after many phone calls they said they would send the books. After waiting many more weeks still No book a so I returned the cooker for a refund. Very unhappy

Try this out to cook food fast and to keep it juicy. There are plenty of recipes out there to keep you happy, buy this to shorten your cooking time to spend more quality time with family and friends.

after waiting 102 days to get my pressure cooker the pressure relief valve did not work. i'm very upset about it.i would like to know what you intend to do about making it up to me and my family. waiting all this time 102 days and it doesn't work .i want the pressure cooker because a friend of mine has and it works great. i want one that works great . instead of sending product to china let it be made in the USA. i want a new one and it shows three cookbooks and one canning book. i want my new one asap. or will go on facebook and twitter. VERY UPSET

A real disappointment. Everything takes much longer to cook than advertising said it would.

I ordered the Power Pressure Cooker XL. Paid for in full. I received the Power Cooker. I don't have a problem with this cooker ,so I didn't want the hassel of sending it back. Its just they might be false advertizeing.

After waiting about 4 months...I kept getting notifications to cancel my order after I had already paid half. I ordered it because I wanted it! The final notification said my order would be canceled if they didn't hear from me...once again had already paid half and I wanted the pressure cooker. So, not sure how that all works but it was very frustrating. Now I have an it works great...but was not worth the hassle an frustrations.
