I have been using Power My Analytics…
I have been using Power My Analytics for ten days. It is very easy to set up – just be careful to point to the correct account, especially if you have a complicated account structure like my client! LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE - It’s well worth having your respective account(s) open, just to refamiliarize yourself with your structure so you are DEFINITELY connecting to the correct account! When you connect to a data source for the first time, Power My Analytics provided you with an aesthetically pleasing dashboard report. Out of the box it sources some generic data of their own, but with a couple of clicks you can connect your own store data, and within seconds you have a fully functional, dynamic report. If the ‘out of the box’ reports are not quite what you’re after, you can chop/change/combine the reports to suit your own requirements. I do not have any experience with other competitor products, so I can’t compare fairly with other products except to say that Power My Analytics seems very fairly priced. I have contacted support several times. There is no chat option, just email. But they do reply quickly and the responses are definitely friendly human and not AI bots! I wish there were a few more expansive video tutorials available. I don’t think the ones currently on YouTube really do the product justice. My client seems happy with what I have achieved with PMA so I’m reasonably happy so far. Still a lot more to explore but so far a tentative thumbs up.
