Bad experience
After spending almost $4,000 and having to spend more time switching time and chain covers out, on top of the company trying to do a rebuttal and not standing on their end I will not be purchasing and just from here.

Hello, thanks for your feedback. We value you as a customer. Unfortunately as per our terms and conditions, sometimes, depending on the application, you will have to replace the accessories on our engine with your originals (this may include timing cover, valve cover, oil pan etc.)

I have a 2016 Hyundai veloster turbo
I have a 2016 Hyundai veloster turbo. Just bought the car last year. The motor had went. So had the warranty from dealer which is good. I heard bout this company and sent them there name and purchased motor thru them. They said they gave 6 month guarantee on there motor. Well not even a month the motor goes. Cracked piston. Need mind you I followed there procedure for break in to a tee. And paper trail to prove. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They do not honor there warranty. Don’t answer the calls or emails and they have video proof that was sent to them. They on BS I depend on my vehicle just like next person. Now gotta come outta pocket cause they don’t wanna pay for there bad motor. I usually don’t leave reviews. I dislike business that does not honor what they say.

We fully honor our warranty as outlined in our terms and conditions, which are provided with every purchase, included in the packaging, and agreed upon at checkout. After careful review, management determined that the warranty claim could not be approved due to aftermarket performance modifications made to the engine. This included cold air intakes and other upgrades, which were confirmed by your mechanic, Oldsmar Auto. As clearly stated in the “Exclusions and Automatic Voids” section of our warranty, any performance upgrades or modifications will void coverage. We value your business and truly understand your frustration. However, we must stand by our policies to ensure fairness and consistency for all customers. Thank you for your understanding.

The delivery was quick and the engine…
The delivery was quick and the engine is with my mechanic now. Thank you so much. I’ll update more information when the engine is installed in today or tomorrow.

Was looking for a replacement engine…
Was looking for a replacement engine for my Audi. The communication back and forth was second to none. The engine came packaged extremely well. Was 100% just like the photos shown on line. Still in the process of transferring all the accessories from the old engine. But so far everything seems to be top quality. I will follow up after we finish the install, but from this point it was worth every penny. I wish this had a way to add pictures so I could show you everything from opening the crate to how good it looks on the stand, perhaps they will add that in the future. If I need another engine for one of my other cars, I know where it will come from.
