Learning is fun! Loved the course. Lots of collaboration with fellow coursemates, freedom to ask questions, and share real-world experiences. Bernie does a great job at cultivating a psychological safe space while adhering to learning objectives. Bonus! He provides ancillary learning materials like links to articles, case studies, a recommended book list, etc.

The engagement and participation.

I recently completed the CSPO course, and I must say it was an excellent experience. The instructor, Bernie Maloney, was exceptional in his approach to teaching. What I Liked About the Course: Bernie's Dedication: Bernie is always willing to confirm that the whole group is on the same page and ensures that nobody is falling behind. His commitment to making sure everyone understands the material is truly commendable. Real Situations Cases: The course includes real-world scenarios that are incredibly beneficial, especially for someone like me who is not currently working in an organization implementing agile methodologies. These cases provide practical insights and help bridge the gap between theory and practice. Interactive and Engaging Learning: Bernie has a remarkable ability to use participants’ questions as springboards for introducing techniques and best practices. This interactive approach not only addressed individual queries but also enriched the overall learning experience. His ability to connect theory with practical application helped me gain a clearer picture of what it takes to be an effective Product Owner. Overall, the CSPO course, with Bernie as the instructor, was an invaluable experience. Whether you are new to agile or looking to deepen your knowledge, this course provides the tools and insights needed to excel as a Product Owner.

Bernie Maloney is a fantastic and engaging instructor, he made the material easy to understand.

Bernie's approach to training went above and beyond expectations and made the class very interactive and engaging. Not only were the learning objectives covered, but what was invaluable was all the real-world examples, as well as tools and methods that can be leveraged with stakeholders. The collaborative exercises also gave ample opportunity to build your network with other students even in a virtual setting.

Bernie was very knowledgeable and made class entertaining and engaging. Our entire team passed the exam on the first try.

Good content, great exercises and breakout room conversations.

Bernie kept the class moving along and interesting for the whole duration. Using Scrum as both the method of teaching and the subject matter was really useful.
