The sub I just received was nothing but bread and I even PAID for double mushrooms and cheese. I didnt get the cucumbers I paid for either. This makes the second and last time. I will now turn to social media to spread the news!

Very expensive for breakfast. More so than any other breakfast restaurant. You cannot deviate from their menu if you want to change your order to what you really want. I ordered very SOFT bacon and scrambled eggs and was hard and not soft at all. They do not have different flavors of jelly-only strawberry. Very disappointed. Will not be returning.

They went out of the way to help us out. They were highly reasonable... they wanted to go out of the way to get in touch with T-Mobile folks to ensure they put exactly what they were looking for. They did exactly what they wanted. I took some Veggie Sandwich. We all ate breakfast this morning 1/17/2026 breakfast... it was awesome... I shared it with my family. She also liked it... She chose to make breakfast with Potbelly Veggie sandwich. Which was awesome. They made it really awesome and spicy. Someone fraudulently used my rewards points by hacking into my Potbelly account. When I contacted Potbelly corporate, they said to contact my local store. My local store has nothing to do with my Potbelly account getting hacked or the mobile app. Luckily I didn't have a saved credit card or else I would probably have fraudulent charges on my cc. Horrible response from Potbelly and their IT security is lacking.

Missing items on my sandwich. Sandwich size ordered was regular-sized and I received a skinny sized one. Mac and cheese is absolutely terrible. It tastes like institutional food. Nighttime staff just plain sucks. All around bad attitute. Quiet quitting staff.

I recently had the tremendous fortune to visit Chicago by train and find the Canal street Potbelly sandwich shop. I wanted something to take back to the Hilton and eat watching TV and rest. WHAT A PLACE!!! I must have taken 10 minutes looking at all the options, before deciding on the chicken avo wrap and some chili. The place is small, very clean, and pleasant. The people behind the counter were friendly and helpful, and the food was out of this world. I had ordered 2 wraps because I hadn't eaten in about 18 hours, but I found one would have been an excellent meal, too. But SO GOOD I ate the insides of the 2nd one and almost all the great chili. I know I weighed 135 after THIS treat! I left their card in my room with a note for the next lodgers to see. This Chicago store is truly a great place to eat. What a way to show how great Chicago is!

I got a skinny roast beef sandwich a couple weeks ago and it was good. Got a pickle too and it was horrid. I ordered the same sandwich today in a regular size because I did not see skinny on the app. The beef was super fatty. Had to keep spitting it out. The “caramelized” onions were barely cooked and chewy. Inedible sandwich today.
