Hi Niko, I'm sorry to hear the files didn't arrive. Please write to [email protected] and we'll send them to you again straight away. For anyone reading: the PDF exercise programs are an optional add-on, shown on their own page with an add button and a skip button. Because the files are delivered immediately and can't be taken back, we don't refund them once sent.

Postureletics is a subscription app. Which means that once you subscribe, it will be renewed automatically (much like Netflix, Disney+, Duolingo and all the other subscriptions), and the subscription can be cancelled any time in the app or by email.

Postureletics is a subscription app. Which means that once you subscribe, it will be renewed automatically (much like Netflix, Disney+, Duolingo and all the other subscriptions), and the subscription can be cancelled any time in the app or by email. Nationality has nothing to do with the way subscription apps work and we find your comments to be highly offensive.

Hi Barbora, I'm sorry the workouts weren't for you, and I understand the renewal was unwelcome. You had taken out two separate subscriptions: one on our website and one in the App Store. The one you cancelled was the App Store subscription, so the website subscription stayed active and renewed under its standard terms, which are shown at checkout before payment. We are not sure why you subscribed twice as it is highly unusual.
