Seeing disappointed reviews, I’m afraid one might get a wrong image of an app. I’ve used this app and have only a positive experience. Results are noticeable only after some time, as it works with any physical exercises. That might be a reason why some people were disappointed in here, maybe expecting a fast result. Give it time, practice and discipline, and I’m sure you’ll get better, as it was for me. It may be pricy, but c’mon guys, offline therapists are much more expensive nowadays. I wish founders a good luck and patience in improving the application. There are people who you are helping to, and haters, well, you cannot satisfy everyone, I guess

Total scam! They won’t refund the additional charges and autorenewal even if there’s evidence of not using their program.

I was charged an additional €29.95 for a so-called digital bundle that I never knowingly agreed to purchase. There was no clear option to decline it, no proper confirmation of the extra payment, and I never received the promised files by email. When I requested a refund, customer support refused, hiding behind their refund policy. This is extremely misleading and feels like a deliberate way to charge customers extra without clear consent. Be very careful when purchasing from this company. Check your bank statement and watch out for unexpected charges. I am extremely disappointed with this experience and expect a full refund.
