My shipment was delivered to the old warehouse .i tried to contact them numerous times no one responds so my stuff is lost . The service is very weak and expensive . Be careful stay away from them.

I am under the impression they steal people's goods and packages. I am trying to reach out to their support they never respond, and you have no mean to reach out to them

First of all I'm not recommending this company and I'll move to FISH IS FAST. I lost almost 500$ cost of items already lost and they didn't put them in my inbox. After 3 days of the item delivery date. They add another item that it's shown clearly in the picture which they taken it's belonging to another person box No. So, Yes I understand what happen! They literally have a lot of mistake by putting your stuff in another box! Or simply you can consider it as LOST and your money will go away! Tried alot of time to contact them but NO RESPONSE! Yea, I'm moving to FISH IS FAST And you should too in my honest opinion!

THE WORST SHIPPING EXPERIENCE EVER I ordered an item (Coil-over suspension), Delivery was over-priced and Customer support take days to respond and even then they are not helpful at all, I wanted to order (shocks suspension), but it was late by 3 MONTHS and made me pay the shipping fee then told me "we couldn't ship it, because of dangerous goods", they gave me two options either discard the item or ship it locally, I asked for a refund It's been more than a month and I didn't hear back from them until this day. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY.

Terrible service. Way overpriced

I paid more than 250$ on fast shipping and 2 months im without my shipment and my money.
