Poor Service and Glitchy platform
I had an agreement with them regarding the billing. Unfortunately channels continue to keep getting disconnecting which meant I had to keep contacting to have the additional channels added. Overall service has gone down with no proper live chat either. This on top of glitchy issues of the platform which constantly require attention and when you cannot get ahold of someone to sort these out. Review Comment: Whilst I appreciate the reply to the comment stated above. I have clearly not indicated anywhere in the review regarding your point mentioned as I felt this would be unfair. So yes, I was given the option of adding 6 channels for the price of 4. Of course, compared to other platforms this is a benefit. If the price increases and value for money, other platforms are better, naturally you are more inclined to switching. Adding further to the point. There is no communication regarding the removal of the 2 additional channels. I agree, no contractual obligation to honor on your end but communication in business is key. If this was communicated, we would have been more likely to stay and pay the upgraded membership. Having also read alot of reviews, appears many seem to be in a similar position. Might I add, it appears to always be the issue of the buyer as opposed to seller based on the responses provided. Instead of being critical with reviews, it would be better to take these onboard and approach your customers with better care. I would still be a customer had it not been for poor communication.

Hi Rizwan, This review is unfair and materially misrepresents the situation. You paid for four channels. There was no permanent agreement entitling the account to six channels for that price. Two additional channels had previously been added manually as a courtesy, not as a contractual or billing entitlement. When the account was later limited to the number of channels included in the active subscription, our team explained the position and responded to your emails. I personally handled the correspondence. Calling this “poor service” because we would not continue supplying two unpaid channels is unjustified. A courtesy cannot reasonably be converted into a permanent entitlement simply because it was granted before. We welcome honest criticism and take genuine platform issues seriously. However, businesses should also be able to correct reviews that omit important facts and portray the refusal to provide unpaid services as misconduct. Your subscription covered four channels, and that is what the account was entitled to receive. Regards, Paul
