The time for delivery after order was too long. No update, communication until I sent email asking. I feel if I had not asked several times, I still may not have the product. Sales processing to delivery is too long.

I spoke to customer support and gave them the dimensions of my bollard. They assured me it would fit (the ad said it was for a 4.5 inch diameter pipe). But when it came it was way too tall and the inner diameter was much too large to fit snugly over my bollard. Rather than go thru the hassle of a return, I am modifying it myself. They should have known it was way too big given the dimensions I gave them...

Received bollard quickly in good shape. Did not send the anchors that we ordered. Post Guard issued a credit next day for the anchors that were not provided.

Prices are high and service is slow and shipping is outrageous.....my orders are supposed to be paid with credit card when I place them......well they just discovered two from a year ago that were never processed....

Hello Geoffrey, So sorry for the misunderstanding regarding the product you ordered. Our Height guards only come with the eye hooks they do not come with the chains to install them.
