Pretty awful customer service. They delivered us the wrong size. When we asked for a refund they refused and pointed us to some hidden terms of service on their site. The staff was very condescending in their responses especially in referring to our “generation”. Very unprofessional

I needed a proof-of-concept as fast and as cheap as I could get it. So I ordered one of their "Economy Photo" prints in a custom size. They came through, very quickly and exactly as ordered--perfectly centered. I've only ordered from them once, so I wouldn't throw out all the negative reviews just on my account, but it's possible they've improved since then. A lot of people seem to be mentioning bleed/border issues, but the website as I used it was very clear about communicating how that would work on my poster.

I was a little skeptical when I ordered from PPS because there was no Trust Pilot entries, but they were quite literally the only people I found online that were doing *true* custom print dimensions. I needed a 15x11 print and other shops would be like, "Did you mean 18x11?" etc... They printed my work quickly, the quality was great, they even made two efforts to notify me that their shipping tubes contain staples to hold the lid on, and I should take extra care when removing my prints. If you're looking for a weird shape print (or any print :)) these guys were great to work with.
