UPDATE | June 2026 Miracles do happen! 🍀 After I was fortunately reimbursed for the difference between the poster and the frame (since the picture I ordered was shipped only as a poster and wasn’t framed), a package containing the framed picture I had ordered finally arrived a few weeks later. I’d like to express my gratitude for that—I hadn’t expected it (anymore). However, it shows me that Poster Mansion clearly makes an effort to find a solution that satisfies the customer, although the initial contact was anything but satisfactory. Nevertheless, thanks to Poster Mansion. But that doesn’t change the fact that I won’t be placing any more orders there, because as the saying goes: You don’t get a second chance to make a first impression. __________________________ ⚠️ WARNING!!! ⛔️ This company is a disaster! I ordered a framed picture, but all I received was a poster. Okay, these things happen, but their customer service is terrible, and I haven't received a response to my complaint for days! 🤬 I write to them every day, but I get NO RESPONSE! 😡 I’m curious to see if I’ll have to involve my credit card company now, or if Poster Mansion will come up with a solution after all.
