We did not receive the posters.
We did not receive the posters initially; however, by proactively following up, Michael Rose was very efficient and effective in staying on top of it and resolving the issue.

in PR each individual document must be…
in PR each individual document must be 11" wide in order to comply. the poster they send wit all the documents, is so small, that you can not read the print!!! so I had to make my own poster in canva with all the free documents available online, in order to have a poster that fully comply.

Quick response from customer service
Three days ago, I rated my experience as 2 stars because I received a lot more emails than I wanted and I felt that I wasn't receiving relevant hard copy updates. Michael from customer service reached out to me quickly to learn more and it turns out that I was receiving duplicate emails because of a second account, and that, astonishingly, in the most recent year, there were no changes requiring a hard copy update. I am pleased at how this was addressed and that there was an earnest effort to learn and improve from my feedback.
