Why do I pay postage when ordering on line, but if I order via mail, there is no postage charged. That doesn't make sense. This needs to be addressed.
Response from Poster Compliance CenterJun 2, 2023
We apologize for any confusion caused. Please note that we don't charge shipping on renewal orders placed through mail, phone, or our customer portal. We noticed you placed a new order online which created a new subscription. Our team will contact you soon to assist. Thank you!
