Multiple businesses with multiple locations just can't be setup right
I used to recommend Poster Compliance Center to everyone. Now I don't. The service isn't the same. Every single year my invoices are incorrect. I'm a bookkeeper for multiple companies with multiple locations. Poster Compliance Center just can't handle that situation, they aren't setup for it. Individual invoices for each location doesn't even work, because they have the same business name. It's SO frustrating!!!

The service itself is great
The service itself is great. I don't have to worry about being non-compliant. However, sending emails every other day and calling 4 plus months before my plan expires is excessive. Reminders are nice but SEVERAL reminders months away from renewal is unnecessary.

Fix your web site to make it easier to pay for things. You have got it like only a secret society can purchase from you. Trying to log in is another complaint I have ,geez! Took 1 hour to get logged in !
