We've been a long-time customer of…
We've been a long-time customer of Poster Compliance. We are really happy with their product and service. However, there are times when we receive the updated posters after the change was enacted for the state. We subscribe for Federal, and the states of WV & OH. i.e.) We are still waiting for our OH updated poster for 2026, OH changed their minimum wage as of January 1, 2026; and I realize that it is only the 20th of the month. If we were to be audited, we would be written up as a violation. They do review our posters and look closely at the dates.

Same Order Placed, Two Different Prices
My boss and I each went on the same site and inadvertently ordered the same posters with the same specs (All-In-One Poster, same finishes, etc.) and were charged two different amounts: he was charged $76.95 plus a $5 discount and free shipping while I was charged $89.95 with no discount and $29.90 shipping. Plus, I am being enrolled in a subscription for next year that I couldn't opt out of.

The pricing difference was due to one order being a renewal, which retained prior-year pricing and promotions, while the other was a new order charged at current rates without a coupon applied. Our posters are included in an annual compliance subscription, but you retain full control and can cancel at any time.
