Do not buy from this company. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering teapot birds nesting boxes and wind chimes as presents, totalling £80. I returned all goods some without even opening. They deny that I returned them and offered me £8 then £11 in compensation. Disgusting. Shouldn’t be allowed to operate or advertise through our social media. advertise

I purchased a Daschund bottle holder & can provide order number, delivery details & all correspondence since. The item arrived damaged & was awful quality. I made an immediate complaint & have been met with terrible response of offering £1 compensation to £3 compensation accepting the issue but saying as a small "service" it's all they can offer? I paid over £15 & this item is only fit for the trash bin. They are not a reputable company & please avoid

Beware of this company . I ordered 2 pillows then received an email to say that the parcel had to be sent back , when I contacted them which took along time to get a reply back they kept trying to charge me more money to repost . After several emails back and forth there not at all bothered , they have the money now and really don’t care . I am yet to contact my bank to reclaim the money . But I think there so called business is a SCAM

It’s tell me what kind of seller you are when test the cancellation policy of an online website. Can you please explain why you ignored my cancellation request, the request you cancelled was sent to two of your emails PayPal and possibilitny.com support. I could see the tacktic you were doing to waste time so you could despatch the item so you didn’t have to refund the order. Your own terms say cancel before 12 hours which I made sure all emails sent were before the 12 hours. Only a fraudulent seller would despatch the order and ignore the request to cancel. I will get a refund through PayPal and I will review your company on social media…BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY

Terrible, unfinished and poorly made. Requested return address due to items being faulty and they refuse to provide only offering a 5% of full cost refund. Strongly advise not using this company. Terrible customer service. Terrible quality.

I recently posted a review stating that this company must be fake as had waited over 3 months for a picnic table to be delivered. Out of the blue it actually arrived today. The quality of the picnic table is ok and i'm relieved that I didn't completely waste my money. I probably wouldn't order from them again as it was so stressful with so many emails back and forth. Maybe they need to sort our a more reliable shipping company or stick to delivering in their own country instead.

As with others, I ordered two picnic tables as advertised on Facebook in September and still no goods delivered. I have a long email thread of them telling me to be patient. Its about time Facebook stopped advertising these companies that are obviously just taking money and not delivering the products ordered. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM YOU'LL JUST LOSE YOUR MONEY,- very disappointed

You wont get your goods and they will refuse to give your money back! I am having to raise a visa dispute to get my money back
