Overseas source was unexpected
It would be nice to know before we ordered that the product was coming from an overseas source. The delay caused by in country transit and customs was unexpected. Also, shipping updates were a little off as one update stated the product was at customs in the U.S. while it had just been delivered, followed by another the next day stating it had left customs. It would be helpful to know expected delivery time when placing the order.

I bought a led trace board for kids
I bought a led trace board for kids, they finally came in. I had to go to the post office and pay the postage! Then it came in a cheap box, and when I open them. Both were scratched up never purchased through them again. Their shit is out of country!!!

These SCAM ARTIST took my GOTDAMN MONEY then LIED and SAID they DELIVERED it...I want 10 TIMES what I SPENT because my PUCKING COUSIN IS DYING and I TOLD her I ORDERED this for her and NOW she's IN the HOSPITAL!!! THESE PEOPLE are SCAM ARTIST!!1 HOW the HELL U have NO PHONE NUMBER to be CONTACTED!!! WHAT the PUCK people STAY AWAY from THEM and ALL liker this or YOU'LL BE SORRY.
