It would be nice to know before we ordered that the product was coming from an overseas source. The delay caused by in country transit and customs was unexpected. Also, shipping updates were a little off as one update stated the product was at customs in the U.S. while it had just been delivered, followed by another the next day stating it had left customs. It would be helpful to know expected delivery time when placing the order.
