They sell dreams come true !!

My husband and I could not fault the ship and its crew. The food was excellent, fresh, tasty and well presented. The dinner menu was excellent in its variety and the wine list adequate. Our staterooms were spacious and well appointed. The expedition team were professional, approachable and caring. Good value for money. I would recommend this company.

My husband and I have been keen world travellers for some years now, and at the age of 60 find ourselves considering the safety aspect of our travels more closely. While we conducted extensive research before we embarked on our Poseidon Expedition to Antarctica, we really didn't know what to expect. From the beginning to the end of our 11 day voyage we could not fault the captain and crew on the level of care taken to ensure all on board were safe and comfortable. The crew are 100% there to meet your needs but at the same time facilitating an adventure of a lifetime where everyone could enjoy adventure to their individual physical capabilities. We started with trepidation on our first zodiac ride but quickly became old hands itching with confidence to get back out on the waves for our close and personal experiences with icebergs and the awesome wildlife. A very independent and spritely older passenger even brought her walking stick on the zodiacs! The highlight for us was one night camping on the ice. Only 30 of the 110 passengers chose this exhilarating experience with most of us opting to sleep with no tents to enjoy the full magnificence of the night sky. Imagine hearing the close call of penguins through the night and in the early dawn light waking as we did, to see their footprints beside our sleeping bags! Campers young and old all agreed, it definitely wasn't a comfortable night. But it's not meant to be! It's meant to be a challenge and as far as personal challenges go, one that my husband and I still pinch ourselves with pride that we achieved. Without hesitation, we highly recommend Poseidon Expeditions for your trip to Antarctica - a truly epic adventure of a lifetime!

I couldn't rate Poseidon more highly. This was the best experience of travel I've ever had. Fantastic itinerary, a wonderful expedition team and a lovely ship.

I had a great trip with Poseidon Expeditions in Nov 2015 travelling to the Falkland Islands South Georgia and Antarctica aboard Sea Spirit the ships staff and the Poseidon Expedition team were amazing they were very professional and friendly I was that happy with Poseidon Expeditions i have booked a trip to the Artic with them in June 2017 😆

I had an excellent experience while travelling last February to ANTARTICA. the team was great , very polite and very helpful. the food was the best one can ask for. the lectures were very interesting. the whole atmosphere was very nice...

Everything from start to finish was conducted with professionalism and ease. The staff working for Poseidon, (especially Jonathan and his team) are exemplary. The restaurant was well managed by Raoul and all the food was excellent. The whole experience (Antarctic) was amazing.

Antartica has been on my bucket list for years. The loss of my husband before retirement made me realise that life is short. So two weeks later I was booked on Poseidon 'Sea Spirit' for the cruise from Ushuai to Buenos Aires. The ship, food, staff and exhibition team were excellent. I was travelling by myself but as there were only 96 passengers and 78 crew members, it made for a more intimate and friendly experience. The expedition team were first class in their organizational skills and getting the passengers on and off the zodiacs effieciently. The staff made sure the passengers saw as much wildlife as possible. I highly recommend a trip to Antartica and most of all South Georgia. I would definitely cruise with Posiedon again.
