Every aspect of the trip was well done except for one thing. Wifi connectivity. I think in this day and time and on a trip of this level of expense, that wifi should have been included rather than an extra charge.

I was on the Sea spirit for the West Greenland cruise in May 2017. The ship is excellent with superb service. Staff and crew very accommodating. The places we stopped at were very interesting with the bonus of Bow head whales. Steve

This was a remarkable cruise. It balanced stunning scenery, wildlife, and nature with the native culture. I appreciated the knowledgeable and committed expedition staff, who did not allow us to be lazy and who pushed us to make the most of our time spent in this region. I wish we could have seen the Disco Bay glaciers, but we knew that we were early in the season and that pack ice was a possibility. Experiencing the ice and snow was what we came for! The food on board was very good and the accommodations were comfortable. To improve the experience, Poseidon should supply more information about the schedule earlier in the planning process. We made our own travel arrangements and it would have been good to know what exact day and time the ship would be in the Nuuk port and what exact time we would be disembarking on the last day. We did not get the package from Poseidon until just 2 weeks before leaving. I appreciated that Poseidon was flexible in letting us stay in the ship's lounge until closer to our flight home. This was actually the first cruise ship sailing in Greenland for 2018! That may have been part of the confusion. We highly recommend this cruise and would take another from Poseidon.

We enjoyed our trip in the Antarctica, every thing was great but I had an accident on the very first day and this made the whole trip difficult and painful! The dinky approaching the beach to collect us hit me on the chest, and I fell on my back and hit the pebbles. The pain was unbearable and I couldn't sleep throughout the cruise. Everythig was good, but some remarks: 1. Too big groups on the trips. In compare with icebraker, where were the small groups. 2. The food could be alittle better for this category of the ship. 3. THe timing - 15 minutes is not 5 minutes

A great holiday and expedition to an unknown part of the world. Staff on board very knowledgeable and excellent customer service.
