I never received the order. Your tracking said that it arrived at our Post Office in Bridgton, Maine 04009. Unfortunately I deleted the tracking post. The post office tells me they can’t do anything without the tracking information. Would you please send me a copy of the tracking information so the Post Office can see if they can find it. Thank you.

Ordered 3 weeks ago, im in NJ. When I tracked the shipment it was in Portugal!! I asked for the tracking # again, thinking I made a mistake. Portrai gave me an incomplete/incorrect tracking # so now I have no idea where it is. They used pony express for shipping.
