I purchased items April 5, 2025. I never received my purchase even though customer support said that my detailed tracking showed items delivered April 22, 2025. I have watched camera footage of my mailbox (April 20-27, 2025) and have not seen any packages delivered on those days. I contacted portraits via email and was told to call the local post office to check with them. The post office has no undeliverable items at their office. This is very devastating. I do not understand how this could have occurred from such a trusted website. I’m not sure what can be done at this point.

Absolute scam.The products were garbage.Available on Temu for $2.Asked for a refund and they fobbed me off. Don't go near them!

I ordered 6 wrist wallets.. when i got a notification that they were delivered , they were not.. when i notified the so called company, they kept saying check with my post office.. furthermore they charged my account more than what the order was.. beware of the fake company..what a shame they are so desperate they have to rip people off..😡

I bought 6 of the wrist pockets for our cruise group going to Alaska. The picture of the product showed that a cell phone would fit. A cell phone absolutely will not fit. Cash, folded x4, & a credit card or 2 will, but nothing bigger. When I contacted the company, they pretty much said, "sorry, not sorry".

This company is disgusting I have nothing good to say about them . They are not an American company , they are in Shenzen in China . Yes they accept returns but the cost of tracked postage is more than you paid for the item . After weeks of emailing , PayPal finally won the case for me and I received a refund . Beware that you are shopping in the correct currency as they don’t show you the currency in your order or trolley ! Not even at checkout , so it’s a surprise when you $5AU item ends up costing $21US
