I ordered a motherboard/CPU combo with memory, OS, etc. on June 13, I still am waiting for delivery which is now scheduled for June 31. These items were not even shipped until June 21 even though I paid extra for "expedited shipping". This is service right out of the 1980's and mail ordered computers. Next time Amazon!

Their products and services are excellent, but the shipping takes way to long.

I've had my system for a week. It got to me in the time promised and it started up fine out of the box. It's not a high-end system so I can't gush about specs and frame rates, but it works well and does what I need.

Honestly, the worst service I have ever experienced!! The PC was almost 2 weeks late being delivered. If I hadn't called them, it may never have been shipped out ( I noticed they shipped it a few hours after I called them asking why it's almost 2 weeks late). Then the PC has hardware issues. When you call the 800 number, chances are you will get a busy signal or a circuit is busy message. Now I'm out more money paying to ship it back to get my original money back. Please use my pain and suffering to your benefit. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I just wanted a basic computer for some web surfing, email and Skyping with the grandkids. My son-in law picked out one of their barebones bundles for me and got everything set up. Shipping time was reasonable and everything arrived in good condition. Thank you - Lori

pay for a $400 graphics card get a $30 one and have them tell you that it has no relation with what you paid for! they can't even get something as simple as the operating system disc correct making it so that you have to pay microsoft for the correct disc! they have no clue what they are doing! AVOID THEM BY ALL MEANS!!!

I ordered some parts to upgrade a system I originally bought from them about 5 years ago. As before, the site was easy to use and all of my hardware arrived as expected. I'm sure I will be going back to Portatech when it's time for my next upgrade.
