I have not yet received the equipment.... BUT... the easy layout of the the web page combined with my fading eyesight (to assemble on my own) dictates that this option is the best. I HAVE HIGH HOPES THAT THE QUALITY OF THE ASSEMBLY MATCHES THE QUALITY OF THE WEB PAGE. THANKS MUCH BOB CLARK

This is my second order from Portatech. The first one was in Feb. 2011. Never complained on assembly or choice of components. This is why I am back. I just want a modern desktop, the only problem with the old one - needs power supply replacement (after 6.5 years!). I did not expect such reliability from a backbone (disks are a separate story, I exchanged or replaced them few times, but it is my stuff). I am sure, the company may be highly recommended for quality job.

It was quick and simple to use your website, and the options that came up for the package I wanted were clear to understand despite my shortness of computer knowledge.

Would prefer the option to save some money if I already have a case to use.

The website was extremely easy to navigate, and I'm happy with how much knowledge they provide you with when selecting your components. This is the first PC I've built so far and I'm glad I was able to trust PortaTech with supplying the parts I needed to built something very decent for the price.

A little frustrated that all the SSD drives are SATA3 but only the most expensive motherboard supports SATA3. I don't need the other high-end features of that motherboard but I was forced to buy it because all the others only support SATA2. HOWEVER -- have purchased from Portatech for many years and I have always liked their prices and selection. The one time there was a problem with the hardware they replaced it quickly.
