They will not write you back if you email their custsvc*@portatech.com address. I have a computer I bought from them. The video card was loose in the case, no screw holding it in. They say they "burn" them in? This machine restarts every single time I sneeze with my elbows on the same table as the computer. Put it on the floor? NO. It should never be that sensitive. After a month I think I have it isolated to a crappy power-supply, but after a couple emails to them, still no response. I bought a barebones and I'm running LinuxMint 18.2 Sonya. NO reason for this.

I have ordered lots of barebones and custom PC's, and I am completely satisfied. I know that not all parts are going to work all the time, but when I sent a system back for repair, it was handled in a timely manner. -Johms
