I loved the layout of the web site, very simply and yet appealing. They have the best prices on their combos I could find. The additional services such as, updating the BIOS on my motherboard before shipping, was a very nice surprise.

The ability to make choices step by step is great, and I feel comfortable having Portatech assembling and testing my order. I've ordered 4 PC's over the years through this company and I've never encountered a problem.

Ordered from before 5 yrs ago !! good menu selection of items to start a build with ! This time I ordered complete system (excluding Video card which I have) I build desktops as a hobby for friends and relatives.. But, couldn't find reasonable parts as low as Portatech ! So.. since they also assemble and test its a good deal !! ...only down side is the wait !.. Ordered on Feb 20 its now Feb 23 and no update on order !! it was promised in the time frame of 26 feb thru 3 Mar . But disclaimer said add three days if a complete or barebones system ! Ok so do the math That's 2 weeks before receiving order ! a LIL slow ?? I'm sure they will completely test and pack properly Just waiting 2 weeks can be a bummer ! Jus Sayin .. If product arrives as promised I will update my Review on a more positive Note !!

Very Easy to use website and better prices than anywhere else online even with assembly and testing. No free shipping but still worth the price. Customer Service is very accessible. 10/10
