I am just thinking the package should be the same for all packaged product. This is the second MB I purchase for this Desktop, I am not sure if the MB was broken by FedEx or by the person who put it together or Manufacturer defects. I did not contact Portatech because I had only one year warranty. I believe if I had a problem the Portatech IT person will have help solve the problem.

I have been looking at different custom PC building sites and this one not only has the best prices but I like the setup. I have been a computer tech for many years and didn't want to fool with putting together the components myself this time around.

This is the forth system I have ordered from Portatech with outstanding results,value and quality. Everyone has loved there system. I will soon be ordering a fifth one for my self

The process was streamlined well enough that someone with very little IT knowledge could build a decent PC with minor assistance from more knowledgeable friends. Prices are raised in some cases, but I'd rather have it tested, approved, and guaranteed to work.

I like the ability to pick and choose my components. There is a good variety of pieces to choose from in each category, if i had one thing i could complain about is I would like maybe just a little more to choose from. A few more price points or options of different brands for ram, graphics card, power supply and hard drives. But really a great way to put together a computer the way I want. I also like the options to have you put it together and test it before its shipped to me. I havent received my order yet so i cant talk about that part yet but i hope that process of getting my unit and placing into a tower goes smoothly. Over all I would recommend porta tech for the mid level enthusiast such as myself who wants to put together a computer selecting their own components but not having the hassle of actually putting it all together myself

Their expertise does away with any concern I might have about compatibility, particularly with the RAM. Looking through all of the various combos was very easy, and I know what I will be getting. My son is a IT manager for a large insurance company, he recommended Portatech and it was a great experience.
