Love the customization!

The supervisor was no help at all did not want hear our side and was very sarcastic you guys need to step up on your customer service and not play games like children like we are bad people. Customers come first, if we are having trouble aid us, don't bicker back & forth. I run a business & that's not how you treat someone who is basically paying you money to pay your billsite with. I will not be ordering from you guys again, great site/products but very poor quality communication & customer service. I'm surprised you guys have five stars. They did not notify us that there was a trouble with the order and I had to contact them first or they would have never contact us. Didn't hear anything for 5 days. God bless!!

Fifth computer now. All done well! About 25% to 30% less than prebuilts and exactly the way I want them.

Great company and service

UPDATE on autopilot issue. I received calls from three different departments all offering me various solutions ranging from returning my products for full refund to sending me new equipment FedEx overnight and giving me time to install and return old equipment or refund the entire bundle of products... As it turns out it was a deflective computer and now everything works perfect. THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A GOOD COMPANY AND A GREAT COMPANY IS DEFINED BY MY STORY. THANK YOU LOWRANCE !!
