These are very helpful and knowledgeable people. I learned from them and ended up with an amazing vaporizer. They also provide excellent customer service, in many ways. The entire experience was just fun and effective. I will definitely buy from them again.

Phil helped me step by step on the phone when I couldn't operate it. Phil really went all out to help me!! I haven't experienced this type of customer service ever!! I am very satisfied with my product & help. 💯 happy & will do business again with this company again and again!!

Great communication w/ the seller. Product is easy to use and very helpful. Will definitely recommend it!

I received my DaVinci IQC very fast. I really like the product and it helps with my pain. Phillip and his team are first rate. Highly recommend. Thanks, Mike M.

They were out of stock of the e rig I wanted but ended up getting me a better one for the same price. Very fast response time by email and even phone call they will call you back if they are busy. Would recommend purchasing from them.

It is so nice to get true "old school" customer service. As an older guy, I was a little out of touch with the advancements made in portable vaporizers. Phillip was super patient and knowledgeable as he walked me through the options and made recommendations based on solid experience. Honestly one of the best online retail experiences I've had in years. Thanks.

Portable hookah is amazing! Their products is top notch and the customer service is very hands on. I would recommend Portable Hookah to any one I know.

The product is probably the best I’ve had and the service was fantastic! He made it very easy and was very fair. I highly recommend.
