Great Costumer Service! Thank you for taking the time to make sure I was getting what I was looking for and for the speedy delivery. Haven’t opened the item yet, as it’s a gift for someone special. I couldn’t pass up the great price either. Highly recommend this shop!

I rarely leave reviews so with that being said, I give Phil's customer service a 10 Star review. His customer service is the best I've ever witnessed. Timely responses via text and via email from Portable Hookahs help line email, which may have also been Phil too. Delivery faster than expected and deep discounts compared to the "Other Place". If you love cheaper pricing along with top notch customer service, spend your money here. I cannot thank Phil and his team enough. I will continue to buy here and make sure I give referrals. I actually bought a Truva Mini for my 26 year old son's birthday and bought myself a GPen Elite II. We couldn't be happier. Thank you so much Phil and team. YOU ROCK BRO. -Robert S. Harrisburg, PA

I had a great experience with Portable Hookahs I had a couple questions after I ordered but before I received it and they emailed me back the next business day and addressed my concern. I paid the extra $27 I think it was, for the insurance and I don’t know if that had any affect on how fast my package arrived but it came fast af. A day sooner than originally expected thru USPS. They even helped me out after the sale with registering the product with Storz and Bickel. I’m going to be ordering a Plenty from them next. I can’t wait. I was worried when I first started looking for a vape cause it seems like there’s a lot of sketchy sites out there that Vapospy recommends and gives promo codes for that give big discounts I say they’re sketchy because I emailed a couple of them to see how they’re support would respond and they didn’t even email me back. To this day I still haven’t gotten an email back so I’m so glad I didn’t go thru them. Portable Hookahs responded quick. Anyway….I’m rambling but I had a very good experience.
