I placed an order on their website, but what I bought was unfortunately out of stock. From that point on, however, I received some of the best customer service ever. They were very quick to reply through email, and worked really hard to get me a replacement for what I initially ordered. So what started as a rocky start ended with fantastic customer service and a product I really love. Awesome company! I highly recommend them and will be buying from them again for sure.

Customer from Greece (Europe) here! I ordered a Da Vinci Classic, but it was out of stock (and discontinued). They offered me four alternatives, 2 of them being more expensive items, at no extra charge. I chose one, and gave them confirmation of my address in Greece (it was in Greek letters, except for the country name, of course). They emailed me the tracing link (USPS). I found out that USPS did not like the non-Roman letters and returned the item back to sender. I gave them my address in Roman (english) letters, and they re-sent me the item, giving me the new tracking number. It arrived a few days later. We ended up exchanging 5-6 e-mails for the above issues, and each of them was replied on the next working day, in a helpful manner.
