Absolutely abonable . Having bought & been pleased with Porsche for many years . We'll never buy again ! How to destroy a brand ! After buying an electric Maccan in October 25 from Porsche Brooklands, Surrey . It wouldn't charge properly only going to around 130 miles range . Then dropping quickly. The car was over 80000 pounds. You expect a car that works , fit for purpose and top customer care. But it was just not fit for purpose and we had zero confidence to use it . By February it still wasn't fixed and they took it in. They had it weeks and still no nearer fixing it by end of March . We were sick of this nonsense and had paid over £80 and still no car or when it might be fixed. Absolutely appalling and couldn't have been worse ! We just wanted our money back ! They wanted to take £16000 off the £81 K for a car we owned but couldn't use because it wasn't fit for purpose and seemingly had no date it would be ! £16000 , for what ? They're utter incompetence and a car that didn't ever work as it should !! Why should we loose out for their faulty car ?? When they couldn't fix it ?? Like it was our fault ??? Hardly reputable. In the end they kept £11000 before refunding. So , I would say , don't buy a Porsche here as they not only couldn't care less ! They're not to be trusted and never and will take your money even when they've completely failed and let you down so badly ! Find someone reputable ! Utterly Sickening and the worst and really upsetting and costly ! How to destroy a once good brand!

Cayenne E-Hybrid 08/2020 Voilà le service de Porsche AG lorsqu’on achète un Cayenne : un problème de cuir de tableau de bord qui se décolle, sans aucune prise en charge de la marque ! Il s’agit d’un problème présent sur de nombreux Cayenne et bien connu, puisque tous les concessionnaires semblent parfaitement informés de cette défaillance. Propriétaire de plusieurs véhicules de la marque, je constate que cela ne change rien à la manière dont les clients sont traités. Cette situation est inadmissible. Une procédure sera engagée et une large diffusion de cette affaire sera mise en œuvre afin de faire évoluer les choses. Porsche France #porsche #cayenne

zweiter Porsche mit nicht eingehaltener Lieferzeit ! das wird mein letzter Porsche gewesen sein!! hat nichts mehr mit Premium zu tun ..... eine einzige Enttäuschung , ist dann doch eher für den Handwerker um die Ecke ! Bentley baut auch schöne Autos

Sono sinceramente stupito e deluso che un marchio come Porsche Italia possa vedere il proprio nome associato, anche sul piano dell’assistenza, a un’esperienza di questo livello. Nel mio caso, la gestione dell’assistenza è avvenuta tramite Europ Assistance, realtà che viene percepita dal cliente come strettamente collegata all’universo di assistenza Porsche. Ed è proprio per questo che la delusione è ancora maggiore: da un servizio associato a un brand come Porsche ci si aspetterebbero standard altissimi, mezzi adeguati e competenza tecnica specifica, non certo una gestione di questo tipo. In occasione della richiesta di assistenza per una Porsche 911 Carrera S di valore superiore a 200.000 euro, abbiamo atteso dalle 19:30 fino all’1 di notte, al freddo, senza ricevere un supporto realmente adeguato al veicolo. Sono intervenuti due diversi soccorritori, ma entrambi, per quanto constatato sul posto, erano privi dei mezzi corretti per operare in sicurezza su un’auto di questo livello. In particolare mancavano i carrelli idonei per il corretto recupero e caricamento del veicolo. La situazione è stata ulteriormente aggravata dalle modalità con cui sono stati eseguiti i tentativi di riavvio. Sono state effettuate più manovre che, successivamente, mi sono state descritte come non corrette per un veicolo con questo livello di elettronica e complessità tecnica. Dopo tali interventi, la situazione del mezzo è peggiorata, con ulteriori costi sostenuti per diagnosi, riparazione e intervento sul sistema di bloccasterzo. La cosa più assurda è che, se non avessi trovato autonomamente un carro attrezzi privato dotato finalmente dei mezzi idonei, avrei dovuto lasciare durante la notte l’auto aperta e incustodita fino al giorno successivo, con tutti i rischi del caso. Una circostanza che considero inaccettabile per un’auto di questo livello e per un servizio che dovrebbe trasmettere affidabilità e tutela. Quello che colpisce maggiormente è il contrasto tra l’eccellenza tecnica e l’immagine del marchio Porsche e il livello del servizio assistenza concretamente ricevuto tramite Europ Assistance in questa occasione. Da Porsche ci si aspetta un ecosistema di partner e collaborazioni all’altezza del brand. La mia esperienza, purtroppo, è stata l’esatto contrario. Mi auguro sinceramente che Porsche Italia voglia prestare la massima attenzione a episodi di questo tipo, perché un’assistenza gestita in questo modo rischia di compromettere seriamente la fiducia che un cliente ripone nel marchio. Esperienza estremamente negativa.

Very disappointed with my experience with Centre Porsche Lauzon and the lack of support from Porsche Cars Canada regarding my certified 2023 Porsche Cayenne purchased in 2024 and maintained exclusively within the Porsche network. My vehicle suffered a major electrical failure caused by water intrusion. Before a complete diagnostic was even performed to determine the true source of the issue, I was informed that the warranty would not apply. Since they still do not know the actual source of the water intrusion, I was given the “hypothesis” that I had probably driven with the trunk open in the rain, which is completely ridiculous and false. Even though this was only speculation and no final technical conclusion had been reached, the warranty was still denied. I was also told that an important electronic component located in the rear of the vehicle was detached from its original position and sitting in water, causing the failure. Yet instead of considering that this could be due to a defect, installation issue, or another problem related to the vehicle itself, they quickly implied that I was responsible — without clear proof — despite the fact that all maintenance on the vehicle has always been performed by Porsche. What is even more concerning is that I was also informed that this section of the vehicle was not even part of the inspections performed during the Porsche Certified inspection process before the sale. So even though the vehicle was sold to me as “Porsche Certified,” they cannot even confirm whether this issue or condition may have already existed beforehand. After doing some research, I also discovered that several Porsche owners appear to have experienced similar situations involving water intrusion and warranty denials, where responsibility was quickly shifted onto the owner despite the many possible causes of these types of issues. What is most disappointing is the complete lack of support and customer service despite this being a luxury vehicle that cost a significant amount of money. My vehicle has been immobilized for weeks, I received no meaningful follow-up from Porsche Canada, no proper support, and no courtesy vehicle. I was also very surprised to receive an email referring to an “outstanding invoice,” even though no invoice had ever been clearly presented to me beforehand, I had signed nothing, and I had specifically stated that I did not want any repairs or replacements performed before a complete analysis and warranty determination were made. I was also told that I first had to pay for the replacement of the damaged electronic component if I wanted them to continue diagnosing the source of the water intrusion — which is the original issue that caused this entire situation in the first place. I found this approach extremely disappointing and disrespectful toward a customer who purchased a certified vehicle and maintained it within the Porsche network. Today, I have completely lost trust. I feel like I got scammed. I purchased a Porsche Certified vehicle specifically for peace of mind and the assurance that if a major issue occurred, the vehicle and warranty would be handled properly. Instead, I am left with an immobilized vehicle suffering from a major electrical failure and a denied warranty before a complete analysis of the true source of the issue was even performed. I sincerely wonder if other Porsche owners have experienced similar situations involving water intrusion, electrical issues, or warranty denials. If so, feel free to contact me.

Dopo 25 giorni la mia auto è ancora ferma in officina per un problema importante al cambio e, ad oggi, non ho ancora ricevuto una risposta conclusiva né una data certa di restituzione del veicolo. L’organizzazione e soprattutto la comunicazione sono state davvero disarmanti: aggiornamenti vaghi, difficoltà nel ricevere informazioni chiare e una generale sensazione di totale mancanza di attenzione verso il cliente. Da un marchio come Porsche mi aspettavo un livello di assistenza completamente diverso.

Slechte ervaringen met een nieuwe Taycan en bij Porsche Centrum Brabant. De problemen met de auto blijven voortduren. Het is niet normaal. Na twee jaar vervalt alle garantie dus een kapot slot van de achterklep (door slecht ontworpen rubbers) moet je zelf betalen. Ik koop nooit meer een nieuwe Porsche. Wat een ongelofelijk slechte kwaliteit en service, waarvoor je altijd de hoofdprijs betaalt. De coulance is lachwekkend. Je betaalt circa 1000 Euro per jaar aan SAAS voor Porsche: voor 3D Satnav, voor communicatie met voertuig, voor connectie via de Porsche app, voor het volgsysteem. Ik heb in januari alles opgezegd inclusief de all risk verzekering bij Porsche. De eerste kleine beurt van deze EV kostte maar liefst 860 euro. Vermijd dit merk en deze dealer.

Je suis client chez porsche depuis 20 ans,j'ai acheté un cayenne hybrid il y a tout juste 2 ans pris tte options proche des 150KE. Je suis tombé en panne debut avril 2026 sur l'autoroute A1 sur lille la plus grande peur de ma vie,la voiture a redémarré après 10 mn de frayeur. J'ai amené celle ci le même jour chez posche à Villeneuve d'asq ,après contrôles ils m'ont dit que oui il y a eu un problème avec la batterie électrique et m’ont laissé repartir.3 jours après je tombé une nouvelle fois en pas sur un axe surchargé la gendarmerie est intervenue voiture retour à la concession de Lille.Celle ci m'ont raconté qu'ils ne sont pas compétent pour la réparée!!! Voila seulement le 18/05/2026 que ma voiture a été emmené chez porsche à lyon toujours pas d'explication ni de service ,j'ai du me débrouiller seul pour louer depuis début avril un véhicule de location à mes frais silence radio chez Porsche à lille . Je compte changer de marque et aller chez AUDI pour la nouvelle RS5 BREAK HYBRIDE.la marque porsche et le service m'ont dégouté à vie de racheter un véhicule sachant que je change tous les deux ans .
