BEWARE - Porsche Roadside Assistance This outfit is comprised of a bunch of liars, sitting on the roadside for 4hrs mutiple calls advised tow truck called and when the towe turned up advised order only come thru 30mins ago. They promised a loan car with in 3hrs, next afternoon still waiting, never buying a porsche again.

Je suis M Fernandes Manuel J’ai eu un RDV pour une révision le 11/04/2024 chez porsche Roissy en plus de la révision j’ai demande un devis pour divers travaux au bout de 4 ou 5 jours je les ai appelles pour savoir ou ca en était ,on m’a assure que l’on attendait le retour des prix et que le devis allait m’arriver dans la j’ai répété cette opération 4 fois et a chaque fois la même réponse J’ai donc décidé le lundi 29/04 de récupérer la voiture sur la quelle la révision n’avait même pas été faite On a quand même eu le culot de me redire qu’ils attendaient tj les prix et que j’aurai le devis le soir même mes interlocuteurs étaient l’accueil et M Bourgoin service client C’est inadmissible et absolument pas professionnel de garder une voiture presque 3 semaines sans prévenir (c’est moi qui appelait a chaque fois) en ce qui me concerne je suis très déçu du service client fourni par ce garage porsche non digne du service qui doit se dégager de l’enseigne Porsche

J'ai acquis un Porsche Macan diesel avec une garantie de 2 ans au garage de Montpellier en 2020, avec l'intention d'éviter les problèmes. Cependant, dès les premiers mois suivant l'achat, les ennuis ont commencé. Le voyant d'anomalie GRA/ACC est apparu, suivi de près par le voyant AdBlue, et ce, après seulement 1 000 km. J'ai dû ajouter de l'AdBlue, ce qui m'a semblé étrange dès le départ. À peine deux mois plus tard, ma voiture s'est arrêtée et a redémarré à plusieurs reprises sur l'autoroute au Portugal, pour finalement s'immobiliser au premier feu rouge le lendemain. Cela a provoqué un blocage complet de la rue. Après dépôt au garage pendant 2 semaines, le problème électrique a finalement été réparé. Cependant, quelques années plus tard, le même problème est réapparu. Cette fois-ci, il a été découvert que le circuit électrique était rempli d'eau. Malgré cela, Porsche refuse de prendre en charge les réparations. C'est une déception totale pour moi. J'ai investi dans une voiture de qualité avec une garantie, mais je me retrouve avec des problèmes persistants et un service après-vente qui laisse à désirer!!!

Shocking service from Porsche (Bristol). It is fair to say that my Porsche will be the first and last time I buy a car from this manufacturer again. I ordered dark bronze tailpipes (god knows why they do not do black anymore) and got silver ones instead. A very long story but in summary six months later and not resolved. Manager now tells me I should escalate the complaint myself (absolute waste of time). In addition, I had a letter regarding a ‘call back’ on Cayennes for a computer upgrade. Collected the car that evening and did not notice until a couple of days later, deep scratches on the bumper. Complained to Porsche that these were not there previously but they do not want to know.

Macan T, 7 monate alt und macht gerausche wenn man bergauf fährt. Zum Werkstatt…. “Haben alle Macan T”…. Das kann doch nicht sein. Wieder zul werkstatt: Sie können damit ruhig weiterfahren…… aber echt? Nie und nie wieder Porsche. Viel logo und grosse Felgen, rest ist aber schrott!

WENN PORSCHE, MIT EINEM JAHRESGEWINN VON ÜBER 7 MILLIARDEN (2022), ES NICHT FÜR NÖTIG HÄLT, BEI MEINEM 3 JÄHRIGEN FAHRZEUG, MIT EINEM NEUPREIS VON 300K, WÄHREND DER GARANTIEZEIT, DIE DEFEKTEN CENTERLOCKS ZU ERSETZEN. DANN WAR DAS ZU 100% MEIN LETZTER PORSCHE! STATT DEM AUSTAUSCH AUF GARANTIE, WELCHE 4 JAHRE WÄHRT!!! WURDE MIR EINE RECHNUNG ÜBER 1400.- GESENDET. FAZIT: D R E C K S L A D E N

Be careful with Porsche USA in general, very bad customer service. They refused to fix our ‘21 Cayenne UNDER warranty, even after all service records were submitted. Avoid Porsche altogether, worse customer service we’ve ever experienced. It just takes a visit to the better business bureau page to read the awful experiences people have had with this company, avoid! If you ever need warranty work done be prepared to have a huge bill because the warranty will not be honored. When you’re purchasing the vehicle the don’t know what to do with you as a potential customer to earn the sale but when it comes to getting warranty work its a JOKE. Contacting Porsche USA is just as bad so don’t think that will help get your issue resolved. If I would’ve known what bad customer service this company has when I was purchased the car back in 21’ I would’ve stayed far away from PORSCHE!!!!
