The worst company I've ever dealt with! I have a Porsche Taycan with 14,500 miles on it. It is the worst vehicle I have ever had and and the customer service is by far the worst part of dealing with porsche. 11 Months of ownership has seen the car in garage 10 times. This is with a failed heating unit, that now it has been replaced means that the air con rattles. A repeat electrical system fault that us under a recall but they cannot actually fix (8 times the car has been in the service center since October to still not fix this problem) The car is under warranty but porsche do not seem to care. Due to these faults I have asked for a an extended warranty or similar age/mileage replacement. This has been going on for months. I am on my 3rd case "manager" at porsche still yet to get any closer to a resolution. They promise updates but you have to call to even get the chance of an update. The only highlight of dealing with porsche is that the Mercedes courtesy cars provided by enterprise have been lovely! I have "escalated" my complaint today. Whatever this means and am now hoping I might get somewhere.

Bought a brand new 911 GTS in Dec 2022. It had a really annoying sunroof rattle straight from the factory. x2 OPC's have tried to fix it several times with no luck, despite me having to spend my time (& mileage) taking it around the country and losing the use of the car for them to attempt to fix. It's still not fixed and I'm nearly 3-years in! Fed up with it. They talk about history and pedigree but can't even build a car that doesn't rattle. My dad's Hyundai doesn't rattle.....maybe I should get one of them..... Customer service doesn't really exist, they just send you back to the OPC's who keep half trying to fix it so in the end, you spent a lot of money and they actually don't care. Loved Porsche my whole life, unfortunately it's coming to an end......

What a shambles. I won't bore you with the details, but this must be the worst customer service in the car industry. They charge you over £100,000 for a car, then treat you with utter contempt. Their slogan should be "Customer Comes Last".

Ich habe als Firmenwagen einen Porsche 911 4S Cabrio geleast den ich nach 4 Jahren übernehmen wollte, das war so dem damaligen Verkäufer mitgeteilt worden. Im Leasingvertrag ist ein Restwert von 69,- k€ (ohne MwSt) angegeben, dies ist auch der Bezugspunkt für die sehr hohe Leasingrate gewesen. Der gute Preis kam zustande, da wir, eine Gruppe von 4 Männern, gleich 4 Porsche 4S bestellten (ich war der Einzige noch berufstätige). Nach Ablauf des Leasing wollte Porsche Frankfurt von mir bzw. meiner Firma jedoch 130,- k€. Der Verkäufer hatte mir einen sogenannten geschlossenen Leasingvertrag mit Kilometerbegrenzung (ohne Beratung) vorgelegt, dümmlicherweise ist mir das erst zu Leasingende von einem Nachfolger des damaligen Verkäufers bei Porsche Frankfurt (Otto Glöckner Sportwagen GmbH) erklärt worden. Aber es nutzte alles nichts, Porsche bestand auf den neuen hohen Rückkaufwert oder Rückgabe des Porsche 4S. Jedes andere nicht Porsche Autohaus hätte sich-vermute ich- aus Kulanz und zwecks Kundenbindung-sicher anders verhalten, den 4S habe ich in Frankfurt termingerecht im tadellosen Zustand zurück gegeben. Diese Story ist leider wahr. Mein Wagen hatte nur 20000 km und wurde für fast 150,- k€ verkauft (hab die Anzeigen verfolgt). Porsche hat somit 3x verdient:Verkauf von 4 Porsche 4S, mein Leasingvertrag, sehr guter weiterer Verkauf nach Rückgabe, so macht man Geld-ein zufriedener Kunde sieht jedoch wohl anders aus!

Qui di seguito un reclamo alla quale la Porsche Italia tramite il cosiddetto Ufficio Relazioni Clienti ha risposto picche! (Delusione totale) “Gentil.mi signori, come già esposto alla gentile Sara D. del Vostro ufficio relazioni clienti, in data odierna mi sono recato presso il Centro Porsche di Pescara per una verifica dell’autovettura Porsche Macan T targata GK 120 JH la quale già da qualche mese, prima della scadenza della garanzia ufficiale presentava un fastidioso rumore/vibrazione al finestrino anteriore destro (lato passeggero) quando veniva azionato il sistema dí azionamento elettrico. La mia richiesta veniva presa in carico dal Consulente Service Daniele che provvedeva a portare la mia auto nell’officina posta sul retro dello show-room per una prima verifica e riferito tentativo di lubrificazione (?) della parte. Dopo circa 10 minuti mi veniva riferito che il problema nonostante il rapido intervento sopra descritto persisteva, cosa per me ovvia datosi appunto che la vibrazione del vetro era chiaramente percepibile dall’interno. Ho insistito per avere un appuntamento che permettesse una diagnosi più accurata del mezzo ma come immediata reazione anziché rassicurarmi che tutto ciò sarebbe stato fatto mi viene subito comunicato che questo tipo di “rumori” non rientrerebbe nella garanzia Porsche approved estesa da me regolarmente estesa che si è da poco attivata …mi chiedo come sia possibile che un referente del Vostro marchio si permetta di avanzare tale illazione considerando che come il sottoscritto al momento siamo all’oscuro di quale anomalia o difettosità tecnica si tratti su un’auto acquistata nuova e regolarmente tagliandata presso la rete ufficiale. Fatemi sapere se devo recarmi all’appuntamento sotto riportato con l’idea che debba pagare per qualcosa che ritengo in copertura oppure se mi toccherà dare maggior peso anche in altre sedi a questo reclamo. Resto a disposizione telefonicamente al mio +39********* per qualsiasi approfondimento in merito alla questione sinteticamente rappresentata. “

Would be no stars, if possible. Purchased Taycan multiple issues the dealer, Porsche GB and VW Finance are all guilty of terrible service, ignoring calls and not treating customers fairly . My car has been in the garage for 4 months and still no resolution, avoid Porsche and vw finance at all costs. The worst service I have ever received.

Sur une Porsche 911 turbo S. AGE de loin de quatre ans, véhicule dormant dans un garage 22000km les deux feux arrière prennent l'eau, et ce problème est récurrent pour ces modèles, devis présenté 2300 € avec main-d'œuvre, demande de prise en charge, mais réponse du constructeur. Le véhicule n'est plus sous garantie. pour un véhicule à plus de 250 000 €, je trouve ça intolérable cela n'arrive même pas sur des Renault.

Porsche Panamera lässt sich nicht öffnen. Telefonmarathon mit unzuständigen bzw. nicht kompetenten Stellen über mehrere Stunden. Problem kann nicht gelöst werden und wird auf den nächsten Tag verlegt. Völlig unterirdischer Kundendienst gepaart mit Porsche-Arroganz - habe beschlossen das Auto sofort zu verkaufen.
