I have received an $150 gift card for our wedding. I was planning to print a canvas with our dog. I changed my mind on the picture and I abandoned the process. When I came back my whole balance on the gift card was gone. I reached out to customer service to ask what’s going on and they simply told me there is no more balance. At this point I got super frustrated and I said to hell with it. But it’s still $150 that they just stole.

Work of ART 😍. I have shopped with Pop Your Pup many times, always as a custom gift for family members and I finally purchased one of my own to capture the majestic adorableness of my husky pup. The quality of Pop Your Pup's work has only improved over the years and I had so much fun perusing the new art styles - it was so hard to choose just one! The artist and customer service rep assigned to me were responsive, patient and accommodating with my additional requests, down to the coloration detail of my pup's eyes. The timeframe, from order date to production and delivery, was about three weeks, and I couldn't be more pleased with the final result. It's been a blast to walk around with my pal at my side and on my shirt. Definitely feel like cool kids and will be back again.

I work in a busy Emergency Room so I have high expectations of customer service. I rate this business over 5 stars as they set the bar very high for customer service. When I made my first order, there was a delay in getting my item due to the usual covid slowdown. When I contacted them, I got an immediate response and not a form letter, a personal reply with an apology and reassurance my product would arrive soon. When it arrived, I was amazed at the quality of the scarf/mask and the sharpness of the photo. As most pet owners do we have photos of our pets on other items. I have a blanket, a mug etc. However, I have never seen great quality in any of these products compared to Pop Your Pup! Most noticed is the sharpness of their photos and the quality of the material. I have ordered 3 of them and recently a phone case that I should receive soon. I have received numerous compliments ( of course my dogs are the cutest!). I have been working many hours since Covid began and after wearing surgical masks and PPE for 12 hour shifts, I look forward to wear a mask which makes people smile. THanks to Pop Your Pup, I no longer have to shop anywhere else!!

My partner has been an essential worker as he owns a paint and hardware store. He’s lucky enough to be able to take his dog Sammie to work everyday with him so I wanted to get him a mask ! So his customers always do double takes and say “oh that’s Sammie ! “ he just loves it 💗

Love my pet pillows. They are so cute and I plan o ordering them for friends for Christmas gifts.
