Recently purchased a mask with a custom image of my dog on it and couldn't be happier with the product. It's very comfy and the image quality came out even better than expected!

Terrible. Used them in the past but never again. My order was supposed to be here over a month ago (9/12/2020). For weeks I have been back forth with customer services. They are very kind but are in zero rush to have this corrected. Apparently the carrier lost my package and another was to be processed and sent out within days. Followed up today as I didn’t receive any tracking information sent. I was told they apologize for the delay they’ll update me when they can. I’ve asked for a refund (twice now) as the event this was for has come and gone. Just ridiculous at this point.

Wonderful experience excellent product. The website was easy to navigate, I was able to review and verify the picture and product during the process. I was able to choose the background colors, and personalize the entire experience. When the Gaitor came the material is soft and nicely finished, and comfortable to wear, the picture is perfect. I love wearing it and showing off my 4 legged daughter
