There is never a bad experience with Pop Your Pup! They always create the best products and have a fantastic customer service team! I love the bandana we recently ordered. I can’t tell you how many orders I have placed with this brand because of how much I love their products!

I placed 3 separate orders through this company rather than competitors such as Crown and Paw, in large part because of the advertised delivery before Christmas (orders placed several days before cutoff). The first drafts of artwork they sent for 2 orders needed some fairly simple fixes (easy photoshop crop level) and another was an unacceptably bad first draft. The responses to each of the fix requests and subsequent communication turnaround has been 2-3 days each. I have had to try multiple channels to get any response and sometimes I get just "we're working on it" or "we cannot guarantee Christmas delivery" or in one case a revised art "fix" that was identical to the original. Their advertising this holiday season was blatantly misleading and the customer service is shameful. I have seen other customer reviews about poor quality of finished products, but I am not able to comment on that and at this rate won't be able to for quite some time.

Every step of the process is so easy and great! If you need help someone will help. I felt like the artwork was really well done and am so happy with my backpack

Absolutely LOVE the mug and ornament I ordered for my family members. They captured their dog beautifully!! Was a little miscommunication about having to review and approve the art work after you place your order, so make sure you do that, go on your profile etc.,to do so... or it will hold up your order. (They also reportedly send you an email informing you of this step, though, I never saw this). However, I couldn’t be more PLEASED with the quality of both the merchandise and clarity of the beautiful art work and will definitely order again from this web site!

Ordered a koozie with my cats face and they were very very communicative with me about what kind of picture would look best.... when I got it, the koozie looked EXACTLY like my cat, Hercules. Definitely would/will recommend this company!
