I have purchased two solar water pumps from this company, one came with wrong accessaries, so waited two weeks for correct parts. Collectively both pumps operated correctly for maybe 14 days. Both pumps worked fine but for no reason just stopped. I informed the company of my problem and was informed to send a video of the pumps sitting in my fountain, both not working. Not sure what they would do with the video, probably scratch their heads in amazement that someone (me) would actually take time to video two non-functioning water pumps. I realize they will not provide a refund, and the last thing I need is two more pieces of junk. I should have known better purchasing a product named after the shit my dog deposits on my lawn.

We’d like to clarify that our request for a video was never intended to question what you experienced. It is simply part of our standard after-sales process, allowing our technical team to document the issue, review the installation and operating conditions, and investigate possible causes.
