I received the exact pump and waterfall unit that I ordered. It arrived in the time frame that they promised and was packaged well and all parts were included. However, I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size for the waterfall. It was too large for our small pond. I immediately contacted Poposoap and told them of my mistake. They have offered a full refund. Working with their customer service was one of the easiest experiences I've had with any company. I would highly recommend them.

I received the product and found a part was missing, but their customer service team responded quickly and assisted me with a solution for the pump.

When I received the box, I could immediately tell the product had been previously used. There were scuff marks and dirt on the product, the filter rocks had already been installed and had dirt and other residue on them. I have not yet tried to install the product but am very disappointed that this company pulled this on me.
