PopcornPopper.comReviews of popcornpopper.com

One of the best purchases I’ve made. So happy with this product.

Love having authentic movie theater popcorn at home!!

I love your Buttery Jalapeno popcorn salt.

Wonderful customer service and product is always fresh and amazing.

The gear broke on my popcorn popper and it was replaced free of charge with no hassle. I bought it 5 years ago

I love all the different popcorns they have available and the popcorn oil. Makes for some tasty popcorn.

My popper quit turning. I guess ideally it would not have let the bottom gear slip past the top gear, but these things happen. It's the steel model with metal gears. After reading one of the 3-star reviews, the company's advice on being sure the bottom gear is fully seated really helped. I was able to tease the bottom horizontal gear past the vertical top gear until it was seated. Works fine now. Tip: Don't lay the top of the popper fully on its back .. lay it on its side. That way the gears are less likely to sneak out of alignment! Either way, from the tone of this company, I would have been taken care of .. sure of that.

Had a broken gear on our Whirly-popper. Called the company and they sent new gears for free and they arrived two days later! Back in business!!
