I have not yet received my order for red popcorn

At least half of the kernels didn’t pop and this as expensive! $11 for 16 ounces of corn! Out of the ones that did pop, I chewed on many hard kernels. Inside of the popped kernel. Darn near broke a tooth. The flavor is nothing special either, and I fell for the cute Christmas soldier package at Williams Sonoma. Too bad the store is rather far and I wouldn’t waste the gas to get my money back on a $10 item.

*Whirley pop popper broke after two months *I was told that I could fix my problem and referred me to a corporate video that addressed the problem *I was unable to make the fix and have the machine work properly *They blamed me for putting in too much popcorn which was ridiculous *They offered to sell me a new lid to fix the problem More than being dissatisfied with the popper breaking I was completely dismayed by the company's policy to stand by their product. do not do business with this company.

Although the popcorn is great tasting, the service wasn't so great. My popcorn bags arrived torn and some of the popcorn had spilled into the shipping box. I emailed photos to customer service and I'm still waiting on a response.

Ordered 6/30/17 , still waiting to receive. Slow delivery

Shipping was outrageous , until they get a handle on cost or switch carriers I will look elsewhere for popcorn or oils .
