I was in Debbahs, Maine. The store was very and nice and the people working there were exceptional. I had trouble downloading the Google for this but the lady was nice to me about that issue. I bought a sweatshirt .I was happy with my purchase .

Been waiting a month now for this. Chased them and they said delivery 25th October which would be over a month after purchase. Asked for refund as it was ridiculous and they said when the card arrives (if it ever does) I can send it back to a USA address and when it’s received (if it ever is) they will issue a refund. It’s not even been posted yet so why can’t they just not post it. Clear scam site. Don’t trust them

We sincerely apologize for the delay and the frustration it has caused. We understand that waiting over a month for your order and then dealing with the refund process is far from ideal. It's our goal to provide a smooth and satisfactory experience, and it seems we have not met that standard in your case. We will look into why your order has not been shipped yet and ensure that it is either expedited or halted as per your preference. Please provide your order details so we can resolve this promptly. We are committed to rectifying this issue and restoring your trust in our service. Your patience is greatly appreciated as we work to make this right.

I order this card almost a month ago, first they've told me there should be deley due some circumstances, then they send me another date for delivery. The new delivery date pass before 2 weeks and still nothing. I asked them for refund couple of times so far, lastly today I've got an email that they will issue refund on the next 5 days. I don't believe this either, stay away.
