Thank you for your feedback Greg, and we apologize for the confusion and inconvenience you initially experienced. To clarify, the products you received were not pre-configured because we did not receive the Google Business link required for setup with your original order. However, once you provided the necessary information via email, our team was able to configure your cards and bracelets remotely. We are glad to hear that your products are now functioning properly and that you are happy with them.
