This photo brought so many smiles and laughs! Was made with personal intent, but my husband opened it at a bday dinner at our favorite local spot and they hung it THERE! He's a familiar face there and the smiles it brings continues to grow. Some people have even asked if it's Joshua Chamberlain and his crew because it looks so real hahah!

The product and communication exceeded my expectations!! Everything came out PERFECTLY and it was a huge hit with my sister and her boyfriend for Christmas. I even asked to change a detail in the artwork last minute after receiving my first proof and it was edited within 24 hours for me! The only reason I deducted 1 star is because when I placed my order, I was basing the timeline of arrival on the timeline on their website, but learned through emailing with the team that it would be later than that due to high demand with Christmas around the corner, which wasn’t communicated until after the order was placed. However, the team was very helpful in suggesting a digital copy instead to speed up the delivery (I then had printed elsewhere and framed myself) and refunded the difference in pricing right away. Overall, extremely happy with the purchase and experience - just be aware that if you’re ordering around a busy holiday, the timeline on the website for when you’ll receive your proof and finalized product may not be accurate. But do not hesitate! This makes a wonderful gift for loved ones or for yourself and the quality of the artwork was really amazing. We ordered as a joke, as I’m sure most people do, but it was genuinely quite beautiful!

Dear Chelsea, thank you so much for the high assessment of our service! Unfortunately, a queue of orders during the holiday season grows so fast that it is not always possible to update the information on our website. We'll certainly take it into consideration in the future!

Fast, did exactly what I asked them to do, communicated well, high quality product, zero annoyances along the way, it was easy to set up. What more could you really want?
