I gave them my submission picture and they worked really quickly on a first draft, whole project was ready the day after my order. Communication is quick, easy and friendly. The artwork itself comes in good quality, though it will be copy&paste (which is why service is so quick). Hence the submission quality is key to a good result, both technically (resolution, sharpness) and artistically (pose and lighting compatible with the desired artwork). It'd be nice if they took the time to add some shadow to the inserted submission picture, in order to merge it with the underlying artwork and give it more depth. Possibly they'll do if you ask nicely. As I ordered my picture digitally, I did not bother to ask because I wanted to do the final touch on my own and it makes a vast difference which turns a nice artwork into a great artwork.

Amazing portrait, great customer service giving me updates on status and letting me approve design. 10/10 will be back to get more. All of my family members will get one for Christmas this year.

My pop art design was absolutely amazing. My husband absolutely loved the surprise. Pop art picture of him and we even put it in our store so customers can see how creative and it’s a great talking point. Thank you so much for getting my order to me fast and making sure that I liked the design before you shipped it to me, I highly recommend this company

To be honest, this really was not what I was expecting, from the website I thought the portrait would take the provided photo and blended it into the painting but was provided with a draft that looked like a photo cut out and stuck on top of the painting with clear distinction between a real life photo and a painted drawing. Feedback was provided and the service was understanding and fast to turn around an edit of this with some improvements. The end result I’m am still not happy with but need something for the 40th birthday so agree it was complete. Person receiving the gift thought I had just done it on my iPad.

Dear Troy, Thank you for sharing your experience. We're sorry to hear that you weren't satisfied with our product. Your feedback is important to us and we will take it into consideration for future improvements. We would also like to acknowledge that the quality of the portrait is greatly influenced by the quality of the photo submitted. If there are any distortions like a fish-eye effect in your photo, it can be difficult to produce a desired result. Our artists did everything they could, so we really hope the recipient enjoyed the gift nonetheless.

Very impressed with the final product for this one. I ordered just the digital print, which was cost effective but still great quality. Then I had it printed and framed on my own. The speed of turn around was impressive.
