I love this product, however all of my purchases are spray on type and always leak. It is so annoying to get the smell all over my hands. It is real hard to wash it off.

I received my order which was incorrect, I was to receive a total of three poo sprays. ( 1 2oz bottle and 2 1oz bottle), my order was short 1 1oz bottle.

Never got a tracking update.

No warning that I will be paying in usd despite picking Canada. Still has not arrived and no tracking information avaliable even though it’s been 2 weeks and you guys supposedly shipped it the day after I ordered. It’s going to freeze if I don’t know when it’s coming. Never ordering from you again. Big mistake. You just lost a customer you could have had for life.

Poor experience overall. Purchased from the website then found the same items at Marshall’s/Burlington for literally half the price. Also purchased two of “The Assistant”. I think it’s a great concept but needs work. One didn’t work at all. The second one worked for about 6 days then stopped working. Overall not a great experience and wouldn’t purchase from the website again.

Purchased direct, given that there was a sale going on. Figured that buying direct would be cheaper, cutting the middle man. However, the next day was walking in a local grocery store and saw the products at a lower price. To make it worse, then visited a Costco and saw that the pricing was even cheaper there. Kind of a poor experience, but it is what it is. Bottom line: it's a good product, but there is no reason to buy direct. Save money and purchase through a retailer.

The smell is nice. But 2 out of 3 bottles leaked in the box and leak every time you spray, Ends up all over your hands. Otherwise I would have given them 5 stars

The automatic sprayer doesn’t work. :( how do I get a replacement or refund? I bought two one as a gift (broken one) and one for myself when company comes over but I’m afraid mine may be defective too and don’t want to wait to find out in case it is and it needs to be exchanged.
